A győri káptalan előtt Hédervári István vallja, hogy azt az esküt, melyet ellene Várkonyi Amadé István ötvened magával tartozott volna letenni a káptalan előtt, elengedte és megszüntette ellene összes pereit, kivéve a pozsonymegyei Gyülvész és Bős birtokok és Ujhid puszta miatt folyó pert.
