Győr megye tanusítja, hogy a Warkon-i Amade István kérésére kiküldött Naghbarathy-i Chegye János Győr megyében vizsgálatot tartott s ennek során azt tudta meg, hogy Marchalthw-i Demeter bizonyos familiárisaival együtt fegyveresen rátört István Kelemen nevű Marchalthw-i jobbágya házára és ott egy boros hordó fenekét kiverte s így a bor a földre folyt. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) GYŐR MEGYE
