S., Undecim milia virginum. A budai káptalan előtt Warkun-i Lotár fia János, fiai: Omodé és Miklós a maguk és fivéreik: Lotár és István nevében a Lindua-i Miklós bán fia Miklós mester birtokaiból járó jussuk bárki által történő elfoglalása s különösen pedig Simon fia Pál által történő elidegenítése ellen mint Miklóstól közös őstől származó osztatlan atyafiak tiltakoznak.
