A váci káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy amikor Bátori István országbíró 1436. február 18-i parancsára Petry possessió és a benne levő királyi jog birtokába királyi új adomány címén Kalno-i Mihályt be akarta vezetni, annak Pincz-i György ellentmondott és ezért őt törvénybe idézték.
