Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Barcz-i Albert fia András nyugtatta Chynys-i Mátyást és feleségét: Zsófia asszonyt - Pynch-i Jonhos Istvván leányát -, miután ezek neki a nevezett Jonhos Istvánnak a Nógrád megyei Pyncz possessióban és Marthonos meg Jakabos pusztákban bírt részei után járó hitbér és leánynegyed fejében pénzfizetéssel eleget tettek. - Hajtásoknál nagyon rongált, halvány, nehezen olvasható írás - hajtásoknál kisebb hiányok. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
