Az erdélyi alvajdák felszólítják Küküllő megyét, hogy tartson vizsgálatot Bogath-i Péter panaszára, amely szerint Megyesfalwa-i Alárd fia Alárd Tuson-i Bolgar László két ökörtolvaj jobbágyát, akiket Bogath-i Radnoth possessiójában az ő ottani officiálisa fogott el, önkényesen kivonta Bogath-inak a bírói joghatósága alól.
