Szentimre. XII. die octavarum Epiph. Lépes Loránd erdélyi alvajda Szt. György nyolcadán 25-öd magával leteendő esküre ítéli Thuson-i Bolgar dictus Miklós fia Istvánt ártatlanságának bizonyítására az erdélyi káptalannak ellene indított keresetében, amely szerint István a káptalannak Kuthfalva possessiója területén fekvő erdejét tiltakozása ellenére jogtalanul használja, s ezáltal neki és jobbágyainak 300 Ft (nove monete) kárt okozott.
