Szentimre, f. IV. a. Margarete. Lépes Loránd erdélyi alvajda előtt az erdélyi káptalan és Tusun-i Bolgar dictus Miklós fia, István, peres ügyeiket Szt. Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztják, megegyezve úgy, hogy tiszteletben kell tartaniok a mindkét fél részéről választandó fogott bírák (8) augusztus 22-én (VIII. die Assumpt.) hozandó döntéseit. Amennyiben Bolgar István Ozorai Pipo zászlaja alatt hadbavonul, a határozatok hazatérése után 15 nappal lépnek érvénybe.
