Szentimre. in quind. nat. virg. Péter erdélyi alvajda és Fehér megye jelenti, hogy ítélete értelmében Domonkos fia Györgynek és Mendzenth-i Miklós fia Mihálynak október 8-án (II. dic. Oct. Mich.) 12-ed magukkal esküt kell tenniök Craccho-i Barthalius fia János ellenében arra, hogy Jánost, aki Mendzenth felé tartott in libera via, nem sebezték meg nyolc súlyos sebbel, előre megfontolt szándékkal, s nem vették el süvegét és kardját.
