A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti Szentgyörgyi Péter országbíró, erdélyi vajdának, hogy 1504. december 4-i teljes terjedelmében átírt felkérésére december 29-én /Thome mart./ Somkerek-i Erdely Jánost, Mártont és Gergelyt a belsőszolnokmegyei Berethe possessioban lévő birtokrészükön megidézte elé Vízkereszt nyolcadára /1505. január 13./. - Szakadozott, elmosódott, foltos. - Zárópecsét nyomával. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
