Lajos megparancsolja Bihar megyének, hogy haladék nélkül hozzon ítéletet Zarwad-i Benedeknek Chaak-i Ferenc ellen többrendbeli hatalmaskodás (jobbágyrablás, lovak, ökrök elrablása, stb.) miatt indított perében. Eredeti, teljes szöveg. Papír, a hajtások mentén lyukas. A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes vörös pecsét töredékével.
