A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Somekerek-i Erdely János tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Bathor-i Miklós váci püspök és Bathor-i György a tordamegyei Pynar, Rywch és Mezewsaly, valamint a kolozsmegyei Erche, Olahzenthgyergh, ZenthMarthon, Zenthpeter, Thwson, Welker és Mehes possessiokban lévő részeiket Bethlen-i Miklósnak eladták, holott az elővételi jog a közelebbi szomszédság jogán őt illeti meg, és tiltja Bathor-iékat az eladástól, Bethlen-it pedig a megvételtől. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
