A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy II.Ulászló király 1496 jún. 9-i parancsa értelmében 1497 máj.26-án és 29-én újadomány címén beiktatta Erdely Jánost Swk, Thwson, Mezewzylwas, Mehes és Welker possessiokban lévő részek, Azzonfalwa, Wysa, Mindkét Kalyan, Olah Sarmas possessiok, Gernyezeg castellumban, Saromberek, ZenthIwan, Chanad, Zederyes, Rych, Farago, Nema, Zakal, Mezewzengyel, Zah, Gerebenes, Kok, Bewl possessiokban lévő részek, valamint Sarpathak, Kewrthwelkaw possessiok birtokába. - Hártya, foltos, alsó széle (2 sor) hiányzik - Függőpecsétje hiányzik – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé) KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
