A kolozsvári domonkosok előtt Somkerek-i Erdeli János a Swk possessio területén lévő Hegeththo nevű halastót /Kolozs m./ lelkiüdvéért naponta tartandó miséért a konventnek adományozza. Utóbbi megigéri, hogy Erdélyi és utódai akarata ellenére a halastóra nem fog malmot építtetni. - A hajtások mentén lyukacsos. - A szöveg alatt rányomott pecsét helyével. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Muzsnainé).
