A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti Báthori István országbírónak, hogy 1484. május 22.-i mandátuma értelmében május 26.-án vizsgálatot tartott, s megállapította, hogy Wnoka possessio Torda megyéhez tartozik. Mindkét Sarmas pedig nem Weres Benedeké, hanem néhai Swk-i Mihályé és Beneadaeké volt. Papír - foltos. Hátlapján pecsét nyomával. KOLOZSMONOSTORI KONVENT
