Hunyadi János kormányzó /Hungarie etc./ meghagyja az egri /Agriensis/ káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében Watha-i Péter, Watha-i ”Paruus” Benedek vagy Antal kormányzói emberek egyike Zyrma-i János fiát: Miklóst, Patha-i főesperest, egri kanonokot és Zyrma-i György fiát: Istvánt új adomány cimén bevezzessék a borsodmegyei /Borsodiensis/ Zyrma birtokba és Jenke prédiumban őseik által birtokolt s általuk jelenleg is birt részek birtokába, mely részeket a kormányzó Fülöp egri prépost kérésére szolgálataik jutalmazásaként adományozott nekik új adomány cimén a birtokrészekben esetleg lappangó királyi jogokkal együtt.
