Hedrehuara-i Lőrinc nádor, a kunok bírája meghagyja a budai káptalannak Zenthiwan-i más néven Zerk-i György gyermekei: Máté, István, Anasztázia, aki Bwd-i Demeter deák felesége, továbbá ZenthIwan-i Thwnya (dictus) Miklós fia: Bálint kérésére, hogy a ZentIwan más néven Zerk birtokon lévő birtokrészükre, továbbá Romantheleke és Weth nevű prédiumaikra vonatkozó okleveleket levéltárában kikerestetve, azokat átírásban adja ki számukra. - Átírta a budai káptalan 1445. szeptember 21. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta: Mályusz-Borsa, Szent-Ivány 98.
