Gergely mester Scepus-i alispán, várnagy és a négy szolgabíró bizonyítják, hogy Edesfalua-i Pál fia: Máté megfizette az összesen négy márkát kitevő bírságokat, amelyekben Bethlemfalua-i János fia: Miklós elleni perében elmarasztalták. - Papíron, hátlapján öt viaszpecsét töredéke.
