(? die [visit.] Virg.). Zsigmond király meghagyja a liptói (Lypthouia) Újvár (Novicastri) várnagyának, hogy Zenthyuanhaza-i (Zenthyuand-ból javítva!) Lampertet és László fiát: Pétert, akiket birtokaikkal együtt pártfogásába vett, védelmezze meg az ő nevében mindazokkal szemben, akik háborgatni (perturbare) akarnák őket birtokukban. - Papíron, amelynek jobb széle hiányzik, hátlapján pecsét darabjai.
