Miklosfalwa-i Both Márton comes, a szepesi tízlándzsás nemesek bírája, bizonyítja, hogy a néhai szentandrási (de Sancto Andrea) Benczyk Gergely fia: Mátyás átadott anyjának, néhai Kristóf leányának: Katalinnak hitbére fejében Komarfalwa-ban tíz hold földet, amely őt örök jogon illeti meg, hogy minden census nélkül élvezze annak jövedelmét. Az oklevelet hivatali pecsétjével (applicavimus sigillum nostrum, quo ad hoc officium contimur!) erősítette meg. - 1607. évi egyszerű másolat. (Fasc.
