Peck Pál bizonyítja, hogy szentiváni (Sancti Johannis) Balázs nemes és testvére: István, továbbá Okulczensky és Paturnensky viszályaiban úgy rendelkezett, hogy azokat megszünteknek kell tekinteni. Egyszersmind Thirnko úrral együtt kéri Thartczi Tamást (dominum Thartczi Thomam), hogy ő is küldje át ügyét, amely őrá tartozik (mittat ex parte ipsius suam causam, que ad ipsum pertinet), amit ha nem tenne meg, a felek keressék igazukat jogi úton. Az iratot titkos pecsétjével látta el (ego ... subaprimo secretum meum huius littere). - Papíron, a szöveg alatt kis viaszpecsét nyoma. (Sub A. fasc.
