Komorow-i Péter liptói (Liptouiensis) és árvai (Arwensis) ispán residens in Likawa bizonyítja, hogy Szentiváni (de Sancto Johanne) István nemes ártatlan abban, amivel Kozorowsky nemes (terigenum nobilem) vádolja, mintha az ő ösztönzésére börtönözte volna be a szentmiklósi erődítmény építésekor (citra vallationem fortalitii Sancti Nicolai etc. nuperime preteritam) a levéllel odaküldött Gergely Smreczany-i jobbágyot. - Papíron, a szöveg alatt viaszpecsét nyoma.
