A leleszi konvent jelenti Palocz-i László országbírónak, hogy Barakon-i Dénes királyi emberrel András (?) pap karbeli cantort küldték ki hiteles emberül. Torna megyében eljárva vizsgálatuk során a hatalmaskodásról szóló panaszt jogosnak találták. - Restaurált, hiányos. - Zárópecsét csekély töredékei. LELESZI KONVENT
