Chap-i László fia: Jakab és Chap-i Miklós fia János kérésére elrendeli, hogy a közöttük egy részről és Zthancz-i Miklós és társai között más részről az előtte folyó perben mondjon ítéletet és ha ezzel az első fél nem lenne megelégedve, terjessze azt fel a királyi kuriába a királyi prézencia elé, kompetens terminust jelölvén meg a feleknek a tárgyalásra.
