A király a Szent Keresztről nevezett leleszi prépostság patronusát, a prépostság adományozását és a benne levő minden királyi jogot királyi új adomány címén Csapi Imre fiának Ákosnak és általa édestestvérének: Istvánnak és a Csapi, Szécsi, Ztritei és Szerdahelyi valamint a Sóvári Soós család név szerint felsorolt tagjainak adományozza, miután az általuk bemutatott oklevelek szerint a patronusság őket már régen megillette.
