A jászói konvent jelenti Hédervári Lőrinc nádornak, hogy 1438. június 23-i petíciójára Zemplén megyében megtartott tanúvallatás tanúin bizonyították, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszosok előadták, illetve a mandátum tartalmazta. Csonka szöveg. 2 darabra szakadva, szakadásnál nagyobb hiányok. Zárópecsét nyomai. JÁSZÓI KONVENT
