A szepesi káptalan Zsigmond királynak jelenti, hogy amikor 1437. október 15-i parancsára királyi új adomány címén a Sáros megyei Lowagfalu és a benne levő királyi jog birtokába Lowagh Jánost, édestestvérét és osztályostestvéreit be akarták vezetni, annak Kapy-i János nevében ellentmondottak, akit ezért az adományosok ellenében vízkereszt nyolcadára (1438. jan. 13.) a nádor prézenciája elé perbe idéztek.
