A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Delnei Kakas János fiai: András és Márk, nyugtatták Sóvári Soós Pétert és Miklóst és a család többi név szerint felsorolt tagjait, miután ezek nekik maradéktalanul megfizették azt a 125 forint összeget quadring-ban, melynek kifizetésére Garai Miklós nádor (1431. június 19-i) bizonyságlevelében kötelezettséget vállaltak.
