Szepesi káptalan jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy bírói kommissiójára a Delnei Kakas András és Márk felperesek és Sóvári soós Péter alperes között folyó perben ez utóbbi a felperesek ellen a nádor prézenciája elé Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) perbe hívták.
