A leleszi konvent jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy 1495. június 11-i parancsára a királyi ember a hites személy jelenlétében felszólította Chap possessióban a Chap-i család név szerint felsorolt tagjait, tegyenek osztályt a mandátumban felsorolt Zthrythe-i családbeliekkel az ugyancsak a mandátumban feljegyzett birtokokban, de mert erre nem voltak hajlandók, megidézték őket a királyi perszonális prézencia elé Szent Mihály nyolcadára Chap possessióban. - A szöveg több helyén kisebb-nagyobb hiányok. - Zárópecsét maradványa. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
