Sáros megye bizonyítja, hogy a Lypthay Benedek özvegye kérésére kiküldött megyei szolgabíró tanuvallatásáról az alábbiakat jelentette: a kihallgatott tanuk vallomásai bizonyították, hogy Soós Péter a Meges possessióban folyó Meges patakot medréből kitérítette és a panaszos özvegy földjére irányította, ennek nagy kárára. - Papír, közepén 5 sorban 8-10 szó hiány - Hátlapján 3 rány.p.csonkja és kettőnek helye – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
