Mihály esztergomi vikárius bizonyítja, hogy előtte az egri egyház megyében lakó Polyanka-i Magnus Benedek jobbágy ura Chapy Jakab nevében protestált az ellen, hogy Chapy István, Domokos és Gellért meg Anna asszony a vikárius előtt a kitűzött terminuson sem maguk nem jelentek meg sem ügyvédjüket nem küldték el.
