A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Klára asszony, Ovar-i Rouaz fia: György özvegye nyugtatta Owar-i Benedek, Miklós, Lőrinc és István mestereket, mivel azok az őt elhalt férjének Owar, Pezen, Cheem, Chatar, Cheyke, Zoruaskend, Touthfalu, Zeek és Sye possessiókban volt birtokrészei után járó hitbér fejében 50 márkával kielégítették.
