Lajos királynak, hogy miután 1518. augusztus 23-i parancsára Zala megyében megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt hatalmaskodások megtörténtét bizonyította, a hatalmaskodó Beer-i Istvánt és fiait a panaszos ellenében inszinuációval a királyi prézencia elé idézték.
