A veszprémi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Suklos-i Jula testvérének, Péternek fia: Miklós mester összes, az országban bárhol levő örökségét 1000 budai márka fejében - a kiadványban foglalt feltételek mellett - ráiratta feleségére: Anych asszonyra, a Győr nembeli Zelys-i Ders fiának, Miklósnak leányára.
