Somogy megye bizonyítja, hogy a Zerdahel-i Danch Pál panaszára kiküldött megyei ember figyelmeztette Zenthbalas possessióban levő részében Zerdahel-i Dersfy Istvánt, hogy Danch Pál Warga Balázs nevű Zenthbalas-i jobbágya ügyében kész neki bíróságot és igazságot szolgáltatni. - Kissé halvány írású és nehezen olvasható. - Hátlapján 2 tört rányomott gyűrűspecsét és egynek a helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) SOMOGY MEGYE
