Szaniszló prépost és a Lelez-i Szent Keresztről nevezett konvent jelenti, hogy Hedrewar-i Lőrinc nádornak (Hungarie) és a kunok (Cumanorum) bírájának, hogy 1446. október 11-i parancsát (147.sz) Molomfalwa-i Literatus Antal nádori ember és vele kiküldött András presbiter, cantorem chori, konventi hites személy hajtották végre és Saros megyében történt tanuvallatással megállapították, hogy a hatalmaskodások teljesen úgy történtek meg, ahogy azokat a panaszosokat előadták. - Zárópecsét töredékeivel. - Rongált. leleszi konventSzaniszló leleszi prépost
