in festo Viti et Modesti. Miklós prépost és a Lelez-i Szent Keresztről nevezett konvent jelenti, hogy Zsigmond király 1421. április 14-i parancsát Gathal-i Gergely királyi ember és a vele kiküldött Bálint presbiter, hites személy hajtották végre, s a parancsban elrendelt bevezetést minden ellentmondás nélkül foganatosították.
