”in villa Megyer in loco venationis nostre”. - in festo omnium sanctorum. Lajos király (Hungarie, Polonie, Dalmacie etc.) Ida-i Cherke (dictus) Tamás fiai: Péter és Miklós a maguk, meg Sebus-i Synka fia Péter fia: László nagybátyjuk (fratris ipsorum patruelis) nevében előterjesztett kérésére a budai káptalan általuk felmutatott és 1372. október 29-én kelt privilégiumát (46. sz.) szóról szóra átírja, a benne foglalt adományozáshoz beleegyezését adja és azt megerősíti. Hátlapján a pecsét alatt és szövegoldalán a jobb felső sarokban: relatio Emerici palatini per Nicolaum filium Pethew Claudum (ez a szó csak a pecsét alatti szövegben van) in Megyer.
