A szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan jelenti Zapolya-i István szepesi (terre Scepusiensis) örökös ispánnak, nádornak és a kunok (Comanorum) bírájának, hogy amikor Roskowan-i Ambrus nádori ember és Kerezthwth-i Márton kanonok, hites személy, 1496 aug.15-i parancsának végrehajtásaképp az abban elrendelt birtokbavezetést foganatosítani akarták, annak Zempse-i László, fia: Ferenc és László felesége: Borbála nevében ”providus N” Kerezthes-i bíró ellenmondott s így őket Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) a nádor elé perbe idézték. - Papír - kitöredezett z.p. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta SZEPESI KÁPTALAN
