Zapolya-i István szepesi (terre Scepusiensis) örökös ispán, nádor és a kunok (Comanorum) bírája bizonyítja, hogy előtte Sempse-i néhai János fia: István a maga és édestestvérei: Lajos és Mátyás nevében eltiltotta Thothselmes-i Tharczay Jánost az ő szepesmegyei, őket teljes jogon megillető Harazthy birtokuk elidegenítésétől, Lapispathak-i Miklóst és másokat pedig annak megszerzésétől. - Papír - Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes rányomott pecsét - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
