Semse-i János bizonyítja, hogy egy szőlejét a Kewes... promontoriumon rokonai beleegyezésével örök jogon és szabad rendelkezésre átadta ”circumspecto viro Mathie Paloczy”, ha valaki őt e szőlő birtokában valaha is háborgatná, úgy az ”in estimatione vinee” marasztaltassék el. - Hiányos (itt van a promontorium neve), ragasztott. - Szöveg alatt kiadójának ép gyűrűspecsétjével. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
