Hangach-i Mihály alnádor s Csanádi (de Chanadino) Literatus György Zemplén megye (Zempleniensis) alispánjai meg a szolgabírák jelentik Ulászló királynak (regi Hungarie, Bohemie etc.), hogy az 1499 júl. 1-i parancsában elrendelt tanuvallatást a megyében Kewrthwelyes-i Antal szolgabíró ejtette meg és a kihallgatott tanuvallomásai a mandátumban foglalt hatalmaskodást igazolták. - Papír - Öt z.p. töredékével - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta ZEMPLÉN MEGYE
