Lapispathak-i Miklós Zemlén megye (Zempleniensis) alispánja, és a szolgabírák jelentik Mátyás királynak (Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmacie, Croacie etc.), hogy országbírája, Bathor-i István comes 1482 december 12.-i mandátumának végrehajtására kiküldött Kamonya-i Bertalan szolgabíró a megyében tanuvallatást tartott, és megállapította, hogy a hatalmaskodások teljesen úgy történtek meg, amint azokról a parancs megemlékezik, illetve amint azokat a panaszos előadta. - Eredeti, papír - Zárlatán négy pecsét helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta ZEMPLÉN MEGYE
