Bachka-i István Vngh-megye alispánja és a szolgabirák bizonyitják, hogy a Thyba-i András és László felperesek meg Felsew Nempthi-i László alperes közötti perben az alperes a megye korábbi perhalasztó oklevelében kitűzött december 18.-i perterminuson a megjelenő felperesek ellenében nem jelent meg és ügyvédet sem küldött, ezért őt megbirságolják.
