Balázs prépost és a Szent Keresztről nevezett Lelez-i konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak /Hungarie, Dalmacie, Croacie etc./, hogy amikor Lezthemer-i Imre királyi ember és a vele kiküldött konventi hites személy: ifj. András testvér 1465. február 25.-i meghagyásában /287. sz./ elrendelt birtokbavezetést foganatosítani akarták, annak Zempse-i László fia: János édestestvére: Vilmos és Bwthka-i Benedek a felesége: Margit nemes asszony nevében ellenne mondott, miért is őket Pazdich-i részükből Szent György nyolcadára /máj. 1./ a királyi személyes jelenlét elé törvénybe idézték. Hátlapon: pro actore Ambrosius de Nagmihal cum nostris. solvit. Papír, kitöredezett zárópecséttel. LELESZI KONVENT
