A nyitrai káptalan előtt Wasard-i János Katalin, Lakach-i Marsalkowys Adambcz özvegye és lányai (Dobrwska, Hedin?, Kolwha) nevében tiltakozik, hogy Lyndwa-i alias Bolondoch-i Pál Iwanoch, Wesele, Radkoch, Dombow Nyitra és Pozsony megyei possessiokat, amelyek a tiltakozókat zálogjogon illetik, el akarja foglalni. Eltiltják Pált és feleségét, Katalint a birtokok birtoklásától. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét csekély töredékei. NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
