Nyitra megye nemeseivel in suburbio civitatis Nittriensis törvényt ültek, Rechen-i András tiltakozásul előadta, hogy Gymes-i Forgach Miklós prókátora a megye előtt azt mondotta, hogy Forgach Miklós Lylee-i Oszvald familiárist a Nyitra megyei Chygel possessioban meg akarja védeni, így amit a tiltakozó Chygel possession tesz, azt jogai védelmére teszi.
