Nyitra megye (Salgho-i Mihály alispán és a 4 szolgabíró) előtt Rechen-i András tiltakozik, hogy ha Penzes János fivéreivel együtt az elmúlt nyáron Chabay és Kathlo possessiok felosztásáról létrejött egyezségükhöz tartják magukat jó, különben megtörténhet, hogy birtokaikat elvesztik.
