János Keer-i plébános és vicearchidiaconus tudtul adja, hogy Paldyak Mátyás és Thoth Simon, a ZenthMyhalwr-i Szent Mihály egyház vitricusai febr. 27-én /Dom. Exurge/ elébe járultak, hogy hallgassa ki Marthon László és felesége, Veronika végrendeleti tanúit, amit máj. 24-én /Dom. Cantate/ meg is tett az oklevélben részletezett módon. A tanúvallomások szerint Veronika szőlőjét a ZenthMayhalwr-i Szent Mihály egyházra hagyta, Posga-i Janos Marthonfalwa-i birtokrészét, amelyet a nyitrai szék 50 forintért juttatott Veronikának, lányára, Potentianara és fiára, Lőrincre hagyta s Lőrinc halála esetén a Szent Mihály egyházra. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
